Good shopping experience

I found directlight on the web aftre visiting one of their shops at Gloucester.
The website had a lot of choice with very good prices.(Cheaper than the shop on this occassion)
I wanted a Tiffany table lamp for a birthday present for Mum.
I telephoned directlight customer support to check if it was in stock and to confirm the delivery period. (3 to 5 working days)

What was impressive to me and Mum, was that it arrived within 3 days and they enclosed a Birthday card to Mum.
I think I must have over stressed the importance of the gift!
Well, it was refreshing to find such a nice present, as Mum loves it.
