Who's the Dickie now?

Spent hundreds on lenses, had a bad car accident a few weeks later and ended up in hospital. My wife went in for replacement specs and in spite of being given a customer discount promise, they charged us full price and some, they were less than helpful, in fact my wife says they were down right rude. To top it all off they don’t even give you a copy of the prescription, so you have to pay for an eye test if you go elsewhere.
