To send a fax

Today I used their services to send a 14 page fax to a UK number. The number, although corrct, was not responding. Although there was no cost to not send a fax I was charged half the price - £3.85! The staff were unable to give a satisfactory response as to why this figure was charged, other than it was "half price". No serivce was received!

Will not use again - avoid this store!

The best service ever!

I was visiting London from Canada and wished to send some things back home, as opposed to packing them into my luggage. I took the tube to the closest stop and then made my way by foot to the shop; I have slight physical handicap and it was a hot muggy day. The folks parcelled everything up, all the paperwork was done within a few minutes. And then, to my delight, the shop owner volunteered to drive me to the next place I wanted to go. How super was that ! and additionally, the parcel arrived today, 2 days ahead of schedule ! Brilliant!
