Golden - I'd heard this place was good so was super stoked to stumble upon it when sniffing around this neck of the woods for somewhere to have a few quiet sunday beers.
There's a small table out front under an awning, the inside is split between the front (dark wood tables) and the back (light conservatory, looks a bit more like a restuarant) and then the back garden which is awesome and has an old school street lamp for when it gets dark.
The beers were aweseme, I had a couple of the Meantime London Pale Ales and they were delicious, they also had Sierra Nevada and Coopers in bottles and a bunch of other belgian and german treats.
After hanging out for an hour or so reading books and drinking beer we decided it was time to eat so opted for steak and chips with blue cheese sauce - ugh, awesome, the steak was really good and the chips were amazing and it came with a little next of water cress and was 15 quid.
The only odd thing I noticed was that there seemed to be a lot of people with odd voices sat around, there was a rather large lady who had the voice of a 10 year old girl, a guy behind me that sounded like a 16 year old girl and man in front of me that had the most affected English accent I've ever heard - I can't explain this phenomena and I don't think its the pub's fault so they still get 5/5 and this will definitely be my Greenwich regular.

great pub, ace vibes, food and beer - This is one of my favourite pubs in South East London-it traeds the line between trendy gastro and friendly local perfectly, with excellent decor and furniture, a great range of ages and types from kids through to the older regulars, GREAT food and they brew all of their own beer here at the Meantime brewery; the beer is good enough to be served at a number of other spots around town (I had it in Brixton's Harlem recently) so take that as proof alone.
Under 5 minutes from the DLR, weekend markets, Greenwich park, Cutty Sark etc this is a great stopoff on a Sunday if you're out for a stroll in Greenwich.
