Fab pedicure!

5.0 out of 5.0

Just been for a pedicure at the south molton street branch and was so impressed. Found that the upstairs had been refurbished, so luxurious and clean. There were sweets, magazines and an ipad next to every chair. My technician was very sweet and I had the new crystal pedicure in black. I would recommend this store to everyone, next time I am going to bring my friends too as the Manager told me that they offer pedicure parties!

Loved my pedicure!

I recently had a pedicure at South Molton Street. The lady I had was very polite and friendly and my feet looked wonderful – just in time for my holiday! There were loads of colours to choose from and there is a separate room upstairs where you have your pedicure. I will definitely treat myself again soon!

I was surprised to see the bad reviews for Nails.inc. I have had several Nails inc manicures at South Molton Street, Knightsbridge, Terminal 5 and at the Vitality show at Earls Court and have always been really pleased at the result. The price is right, service is good and the colours are to die for. so don't be put off by these reviews. Try them. they are very good.

DONT RISK YOUR NAILS

Be warned worst nail salon ever. Massive damage done to my nails still healing 3 months on. Decided to try Nails Inc on Molton Street as its near a tube station. Oh how I regret ever going to them. It was the worst set of artificial nails I have ever gotten, and the damage to my nails is still healing 3 months later!! Yes be warned. I wanted to get my nails done as I was attending a wedding a mear 5 days later, so only needed to nails to last a few weeks (1 week being the bare minimum other salons I have been guarantee the nails remain good condition) It was two days when chipping started to occur. In the run up to the wedding I had attended 3 salons to top up and repair damage!! all this in less than a week. And It wasnt a cheap nail job either they charged £70. The woman also asked where the wedding was and if nail salons would be close by!? why I asked, is there a problem with the nails they will last me wont they, - long story short the technician knew full well the quality of product was rubbish. She also filed down my nails so much that red marks could be seen through the artifical nails and the pain for the next 48 hours was excruciating. Even attending those local chinesse nail salons on most high streets would have done a better job. RUBBISH PLACE DONT RISK YOUR NAILS

Never Again

1.0 out of 5.0

February 12, 2008

The only reason I ended up at Nails Inc again, was because I was in a rush and the New York Nail Company website was down (they have a shop across the road which I had intended to visit). Never again.
My last visit around four months ago was very poor - staff generally seemed confused and I was herded into the hallway for my pedicure and when I asked for a magazine to read, I was told "Um, they're all upstairs at the moment" and no one could be bothered to pop upstairs to get me one.
Alas, it was with trepidation that I found myself at Nails Inc again to have a pre-holiday pedicure. Again, I was placed in the hallway area at the back of the shop, on an uncomfortable chair, subjected to the "Greatest Hits of A1" on MTV, whilst the assistant who looked about 16 set to work. After the usual prep, she started with the polish, but forgot to apply any undercoat. Then, having finished the second coat, she managed to drop her orange stick onto my toe smudging everything again. Instead of starting again, she simply attempted to "fill in" the damage with more gloopy polish. Finally I was made to hobble over to one of the booths to allow my nails to dry. Once payment was taken I was left to my own devices - no quick dry spray, no help getting into my flip flops. Then to top it all off, after having braved a January day in flip flops for 5 hours, when I put on my flats to go to the airport, the polish still hadn't dried (obviously had been old), so after all that: smudged toes. My feet actually looked better before coming here. Never again!
