First off if you love books and haven't been here then stop reading this, get off your ass and head to bookshop on the heath - seriously you can't spend too much time here - its amazing.
Essentially its a really cute second-hand bookshop selling a massive range of books, magazines, film posters and other stuff that fits around those type of things.
The books range from affordable first editions of people like Christopher Isherwood (I got a first edition Single Man for £25) to fucking rediculous expensive German art books. They have a really good selection though covering fiction, non-fiction (art, photography, history, London interest) although my favourite bit is the fiction bit at the back - its basically a massive wall kind of in the corridor so you kind of have to get in it to check out the books - whenever I'm here I daydream about getting locked in of a night, drinking wine looking at the bookcovers and then falling asleep on the books - maybe thats a bit weird but hey I like it there so what you gonna do?
