Excellent company! - I've been using 3000rpm's services for years now and not once have I had an issue that couldn't be resolved. The staff have always been friendly and as someone who works with computers I can confidently say that they know their stuff. In terms of price, I have found them to be roughly on par with Amazon, which for a physical shop is pretty damn good. In comparison to other local retailers, I have found them not only to be cheaper but that they also have a far wider range of products. They have a great range of 'High end' products from companies like Razer, Antec, Corsair and G.Skill at excellent prices. I recently bought a high end Antec case from them and while it was £6 cheaper on Amazon (unless I went for express delivery),I bought it from 3000rpm as I got it there and then instead of the week or so later if I'd bought it online. Plus I'm buying it from a local company and I knew that if there were any problems they'd deal with them right away. So in summation, if you live in Dundee (or close by) you won't find a better computer shop for price, choice and service. Buying online from them is also easy and they'll deliver for free if you live in Dundee and your order is over £20-what more could you want?

Fantastic Repair Service - One thing Dundee is missing is a good repair service. As a businessman I have to always have my computer and I have recently moved here and used another shop previously but wasnt the best service.
Took it here this week and got email and texts all through the repair and got it back before the average time they advertise! Fantastic work!

bunch of crooks - do not buy from them, just like another customer i know now they take parts out of printers ie epsons inks & have the nerve to sell them seperately!, i thought i was buying full oem epson inks, turned out they open printer boxes and take the inks out to sell seperately and replace originals with copies inside the printers! also invalidating printer warrantys i might add, disgusting behaviour from a "well established local rip off merchant", im so glad i never put my laptop in for repair or pc there, who knows what might have went missing, plus the staff can be quite ignorant, especially the tall specky pratt, talk about customer friendly!! seriously looking vitamin deficiancy in his face, prob from all the lies they spin , just do yourself a favour and use a reputable company, if local, disc depot, or amazon, ebay, microdirect, dabs, all offer next day delivery at competitive prices, good luck fiona x

Quick and Easy! - Love these guys, been buying for about a year now when I found them through Ebay. Since then had good service but the website didnt have all that great descriptions so I had to look elsewhere to know exactly what I was getting.
I check this morning though and they have a new website which deserves a huge thumbs up and made me finally write a review! Now I dont have to look on other sites cause its all there!

BEST PRICE ,HELPFULL STAFF - Been using for over 3 years now.Used some of the other bigger sites around the country .But 3000rpm take some beating on price, loads of help when Ive needed it and fast delivery.Give there site a try I did nearly four years ago and I am still using now so they are stuck with me for a customer.Give them a try and see what I mean. You won't be disapointed I have saved a load of cash over the years using 3000rpm .Wish I had discovered there site 10 years ago.

Stolen Ink Cartridges - Bought an Epson SX110 cheap and cheerful multifunction printer.
I was cheerful until I could not find any ink cartridges, after a while of looking at the outside of the box and all of the paperwork, it was evident they should be in the box.
After more looking around, I found a cutout in the polystyrene packaging where they would neatly fit into.
After getting more suspicious, I found that the top of the box had 2 layers of tape, but the bottom only had one. This was now looking like theft by someone who works for 3000rpm.
I went to contact them, and discovered that they have no means of contact at all, and outsource queries and other problems.
Avoid them like the Plauge, buy from a real company that has someone you can speak to and does not employ thieves.

Fast Delivery and Service! - I order alot online from these guys and all I can say is great service! The product is usually very well packaged and comes next day. I have had a problem with a card payment going through but I just phoned up and their staff were happy to help!

Great prices, Fast Delivery - I have been ordering from 3000rpm.com for the past 2 years nearly weekly for all my supplies of cd, dvd, paper and inks and the odd gadget here and there and have not yet been let down. The prices are the best around and a HUGE product range. Sometimes i have ordered as late as 4:30pm and recieved before 9am the next morning. I find their support very good if any problems by using their ticket system and would recommend to anyone 5 stars!!

would never use again - Placed order on 21 Dec 2008, no delivery after 7 days so send polite email...no reply....try phoning and leave message...no reply....fill in online contact form twice...no reply....email twice more, nothing no reply
phone again and after 15 days I get to talk to someone who confirms my order had gone out that day, next day order arrives....guess what they have send wrong ( inferior) order....phone them try to talk to human,dismisses me with "email us you problem" so I email them again...but surprise surprise no reply...this company has ripped me off, they do not comunicate at all and I for one will be very happy when they go bust for being such a terrible company
