New coat completely ruined by New S

Three botched attempts by New Stitches at alterations to a brand new coat from House of Fraser has left the sleeves uneven, a ball point pen mark on the sleeve front (and their dry cleaner damaged the fabric trying to remove) and two front buttons chipped. What should have been a straightforward exercise turned into a nightmare - for which they charged £30 and have ruined the coat. They are not to be trusted. We are in the process of suing them. We will NEVER use them again!
