The best wings in the country!

Ok so this isn't the type of place that normally gets reviewed, but we're all entitled to endulge in guilty pleasures from time to time, aren't we? And this place has inspired a lot of extra-Catholic style guilt in me.

The chicken is quite similar to KFC and the chips are definitely fries - thin and crispy. But the real reason to come here is for the spicy wings which are the best I've tasted anywhere. In fact, I've only returned back to East Dulwich after five years away, but while I was away I actually returned from time to time to buy a load of wings to put in my freezer at home.

Also the prices haven't changed in ten years (well actually Maxin's only been around for 9 years). 2 quid gets you 10 wings, whereas 10 (inferior) wings from KFC would cost 4.30!
