Utility is such a great place to shop, I always pop by when I'm in Liverpool. It has a great range of fun cards for birthdays and anniversary's, as well as gorgeous jewellery and gifts - great for picking up last-minute presents. They staff are always happy to help which makes a great shopping experience. They also have a furniture/home store further along the street, which has such fun, funky lighting I always treat myself to something! if you don't live in the North West, try their website - www.utilitydesign.co.uk as it stocks pretty much everything the stores do.

Gifts galore

Utility is one of my favourite shops in Liverpool. It is one of those places where you can always find something you need. Excellent place to find that last minute birthday gift and if not here, then their other branch is just up the road. The other store has an excellent selection of cards.

Utility also carries a lot of furniture (very hip and trendy) and funky lighting. Oh, and the customer service here is better than most other places I have shopped in Liverpool.

I love this store! Utility is THE place to buy gifts, card and jewellery in Liverpool. With a great selection - better that the usual high street stuff - they champion designs from small and indpendent suppliers. They also have a furniture and lighting store which has classic furniture as well as new designs from all the major suppliers like Vitra and Kartell and a big section of accessories from Alessi and other cool designers.

European design store

Best store in Liverpool for design led products that you can't find anywhere else. Loads of funky furniture and lighting, Can be a bit pricey but if you want something different this is the place to go.
