This is a rather lovely deli with cool cafe attached. If you're visiting Liverpool this is the sort of place you'd want to stumble across. The cafe (actually more like a restaurant) has reall good menu and a load of specials every day which are always really inventive. We had "really herby salmon fishcakes with home made fries and salad". For dessert we shared a couple of portions of chocolate brownies with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce. The difference was that everything was fresh and cooked in-house. No bought in puddings here!

There are often Moroccan style tagine dishes of lamb and apricots etc with spiced rice. Really is worth a visit. Very informal - the best seats are the very nice booths

As a quality starved food lover based in liverpool. It is really refreshing to be able to go a place like deli fonseca. They really do supply great meats, cheeses and other delights from around the gastronomic hot spots of the world. Stuff you only usually see "down dat' der' London" or on holiday in europe. Service is sharp and the restaurant upstairs is always fresh. Great coffee!!!
