Authentic Itialian

This is a lovely quaint little local restaurant on Kilburn lane. We have been there a few times and it is always busy and it feels like a very local crowd. It is ver intimite with the tables close together, but that just ads to the charm.

the food is wonderful, fresh home made pastas a and seasonal menu with daily specials.

definatly recomend if you are in the area.

Pasta for the locals

4.0 out of 5.0

I almost don't want to write this review. Not because the place is bad, but because I don't want to share. Call me selfish ...

Ida is one of those little restaurants that you pretty much need to be a local to know about. It is run by a husband and wife team and they even make their own pasta - something unheard of these days? The ambiance is nice in a homely way, with little nick-nacks, old posters, and photos on the walls. Because it is family-run, I've always found the service to be very friendly and the odd little hiccup here and there just adds to the character of the place.

The restaurant is full of locals most evenings so you should book.
