I started going to Incredible You at the start of the year after a friend recommended that I go for a massage but instead I booked in for waxing. I have to say it was probably the best service I have ever had in a London salon, even though I had had waxing done I left feeling as if i'd just had a massage! Even though i've been having waxing for years the lovely therapist made it like a treatments rather than a visit to the doctors which is what waxing normally feels like for me! Overall the service was quick and extremely pleasant, if you want to feel like you've had your money's worth then go to this salon =)

I will admit that I was a bit worried going in for a Brazilian and lip wax after reading the reviews before my appointment but after I had made the reservation and paid a deposit. However, my worries were entirely unfounded as I had a high quality and very personable experience. I have had a few waxes at high-end places in New York and Washington DC. The Brazilian bikini wax was by far the least painful one I have ever had (at Bliss in NY, I needed an ice-pack after to sooth the burning). It was also thorough and professional. The lip wax was very good. I had given up on a proper lip wax, as so many places, including those in the neighborhood, treat it as an unimportant service and do half the job required. Not here. My beautician was meticulous and didn't leave an unwanted hair in place without me prompting her. To address some of the concerns raised in other reviews, the room was warm and the service very friendly and professional. I paid for the services I had reserved, as I expected, but was treated to a nice little make-over with a wonderful make-up line. Long story short, I am going back and I recommend going here to others in the neighborhood.

Worst place ever!!!

Waste of time and money! The staff is totally unprofesional and be prepared to pay from the moment you are entering the salon even if you are just talking to the therapist. The owner Lisa offered me complimentary treatment but then called me the day before telling that I had it book on that day. When I explained that it's impossible she said that she will call me back and she never did. When I called next day on trhe day of my appointment she said I had it booked for the day before. Customer service I am rating at ZERO, she only cares about making sure that you will pay for every minute you are in. Oh and make sure you won't get one of their 'trainee' therapists couse they will treat your face like a sponge and becouse you have to pay deposit for your treatment there is no way of avoiding payment. Terrible place!!!!!!!!!!

My experience at this salon was absoulutely terrible.!!
I was really looking forward to going to the salon for a nice day of pampering, but was extremely dissapointed.
I thought that i was choosing only the best therapist as i booked with Linda Carter herself after hearing about her on the website,
my treatments were rushed, not at all professional and i must say that Linda is probably the rudest person i have ever met.I suffered burns from my waxing, and was cut badly whilst having a pedicure I was not made to feel pampered or relaxed at all, the salon itself was very cold and dingy, not at all relaxing and was of a very poor standard of cleanliness, which worried me a lot considering some of the treatments that carry out inside.
Somewhere that i will not be returning to, highly not recommended!!!!!!

Horrible!!!!

I booked a pedicure to start with with the view to try massage, aromatherapy and facials there. I am so pleased it was the only treatment that I had to suffer!
Despite the messages on their website, I did not experience a session even close to a standard pedicure session.
My beautician was 25 minutes late, the place is cold like a cellar, the pedicure bath was leaking and flooded the floor in the room, so the "relaxing" treatmetn also involved the beautitian whiping off the floor. After that without even washing her hands she continued the procedure (without an apology). Regarindg the quality of the actual pedicure, the nail polish started to peel the next day!!! now I am in dispute with them to get the refund for their " service". It was not cheap- £35!!!
I highly recommend to go elsewhere!
