a real rip off!

as a local business, one would have thought that customer service and positive word of mouth was vital. I had a pedicure on monday lunchtime that cost 31.95, really lovely staff. This morning I notice that several of my toe nails were badly smudged, so I popped in this afternoon to see if i could buy the polish to fix it, I was wearing boots so was unable to take advantage of an offer of a re-polish, and was told it had to be taken by friday, but no appointments were available after 3.30pm tomorrow, I asked if I could come by next week, but was told that I could not. So my only option was before 3.30pm tomorrow. I guess most of the clients are busy women, but i find this response totally inflexible and completely non conducive to ensuring a happy customer. The woman managing the salon tried to be as helpful as possible, but her boss was inflexible. I had to pay a further 11 pounds to buy the polish, so my pedicure cost 43.00 and hassle. Will not be returning. very foolish customer policies....and will definitely tell everyone know not to go there
