When a pub meets a restaurant - you get The Well. This is a gastro pub that serves a variety of staple dishes for you to enjoy. The venue can accommodate up to 150 guests on their two floors complete with an aquarium downstairs in the bar area. There is also a private room downstairs that can accommodate up to 70 people. The shellfish comes highly recommended.

Nice, but what about brunch?

ice local pub, perfect for Sunday brunch post-big night out. Menu always includes a choice of Sunday roasts alongside other English goodies like fish pie, sausage and mash, and the best chunky chips I know of. Good coffee and fresh juices as well as a long wine list. One small issue is that they stop serving their brunch menu at 1pm, which doesn't make sense as brunch shouldn't finish until at least 4pm in my opinion.
