Ruby, Ruby, Ruby, Ruby - The only problem I have with Ruby is that it gets that Ruby, Ruby, Ruby, Ruby song by Kaiser Chiefs stuck in my head for several hours after I eat there. I wish I got Thelonious Monk's "Ruby My Dear", or even "Ruby Tuesday" by the Stones, but no.

Ruby is a great little place. It's really tiny, just enough room for a few tables and some stools along the window, and they do a brisk take out business during lunch. The menu is small - a few daily pasta specials and a few grilled sandwiches. They make a great grilled steak sandwich, better than the version at Franco's nearby (although I love Franco's too), and they do a solid version of the now common chorizo and rocket sandwich. The two guys that work the mini kitchen are really friendly and funny, they're fast with your order and the food is reasonably priced, so I'm always happy to give them my money for a good quick lunch.
