I bought a Skype mobile phone from the shop in Princes Street two months ago. It turned out they sold me a faulty phone. It switches off itself from time to time. One of my friends has a similar problem with that phone. As it is on warranty they sent it away. It took them 2 weeks to return me the mobile and told me everything is fine. It was not. The Chinese lady serving me was AWFUL. She was not polite and did not care about providing high quality service. When I got back the mobile my Skype stopped working. I went back into the shop and instead of them informing me there is no more Skype service offered they asked me to dial 333. Why did they not tell me straight away? They simply did not CARE. They must have known the Skype service is not available anymore. It is just madness. It is the worst customer experience I have ever had and I am not demanding at all.
