Integrity or Not?

This is an informative review of Haider-Kennedy, Solicitors, LLC. He is divorced with two beautiful children age 12 and 9 with whom he has ONLY DAY during week and ONE day during weekend visitation, NO OVERNIGHT, as per court order, of most likely by choice. He has impregnated a woman from the states and does not want to marry her because it does not fit into his "single" lifestyle of chasing down younger women over the internet site datingdirect.com (username) sh_bano and his heavy and nightly drinking habit. He wants the lady to have an abortion because he wants no more children and says he cannot and will not pay anymore child support. "Wah, a poor attorney, imagine that! He says he will keep it tied up in court until the mother of his child runs out of money, imagine that philosophy." He does not take the lady's calls anymore and calls the "unborn child" names and continues his "womanizing" daily lifestyle.... It was just duly noted from the physician in the states that Mr. Haider and his lover partners have transmitted some type of vaginal bacterial infection to the mother of his child and the mother because of his multiple sex partners while with the mother of his child. He is not taking the calls of the mother to discuss this issue. Just look at his divorce papers filed against him by his ex-wife Ms. Joanna Toch in Kent, England. The mother has spoken with two attorneys in the United Kingdom and they have told her that it will be very difficult to obtain child support from the father/solicitor because she is not residing there in the United Kingdom. She has accepted a place for CPE studies for a Diploma in Law at a university in the United Kingdom which might enable her to better obtain child support from the father, however it will be very costly and she does not have kind of finances to carry this on. It may be in her best interest to just forget about the child support because the father states to her that he will keep it tied up in court until she runs out of money. He asked her, “Do you have that kind of money to hire a solicitor to keep that court battle alive?” Meanwhile, he continues to find women on the meetic.com site with his username sh_bano and sleep around with other women. He even told the mother of his child that he has found someone else. He takes his cellular phone off for weekends at a time so that she cannot contact him while he is with other women. She has had enough and is emotionally drained.
THIS IS NOT A JOKE NOR IS IT A SOAP OPERA, THOUGH IT MAY SOUND LIKE ONE! This sole purpose of this article is to inform the consumers seeking legal counsel of my story so that they can make an educated decision whether they feel this attorney/solicitor is the right one to handle the job for them; whether they feel this attorney is one with high integrity as his website denotes. Libel is a false and unprivileged publication by writing, printing, picture, effigy, or other fixed representation to the eye, which exposes any person to hatred, contempt, ridicule, or disgrace, or which causes such party to be shunned or avoided, or which has a tendency to injure such party in such party's occupation. (Cal.Civ.Code § 45)
Slander is a false and unprivileged publication made orally either in person or by radio or television or by any other means which charges any person with crime, or with having been indicted, convicted, or punished for crime, imputes to a party the present existence of an infectious, contagious, or loathsome disease, tends directly to injure a party in respect to such person's office, profession, trade or business, either by imputing to such party general disqualification in those respects which the office or other occupation peculiarly requires, or by imputing something with reference to the office, profession, trade, or business that has a natural tendency to lessen its profits, imputes to such person impotence or a want of chastity and by natural consequence, causes actual damage. (Cal.Civ.Code § 46)
A published opinion is not defamatory unless it conveys to the recipient a provably false assertion of a fact or facts. Whether such an interpretation was conveyed is a question of fact. If such an interpretation was not conveyed, the expression or statement, though published, does not constitute defamation. (Cal.Civ.Code § 45a)
I have proof of supporting evidence of medical evidence, text messages and some taped conversations if you wish for me to share if you believe for once that I am risking a libel, slander or defamation of character suit from this solicitor.
Just a quick note, on the elements of Libel/Slander:
1 Plaintiff must prove that the Defendant, “made a false” and defamatory statement concerning the Plaintiff.
2 Plaintiff must prove that the Defendant made an unprivileged publication to a third party.
3Third, Plaintiff must prove that the publisher acted at least negligently in publishing the communication.
4 Fourth, the Plaintiff must prove special damages, in some cases.
Plaintiff cannot prove all or any of of the elements of Libel/Slander because they do not exist. The allegations I have made are true and correct and I have proof support my allegations.
