The Mortimer Arms is a Traditional London Pub situated just a stones throw from hustle and bustle of central London. We offer a wide range of Beverages, from fine wines and champagne to the more Traditional Selection of draught Ales. We serve the finest Thai food in the surrounding area. Parties catered for we have two bars the front bar hold up to 30 people and the rear bar holds up to 100 people. Both bars can be hires for private parties.

Sports is shown on 3 x 50” HD plasmas 1 x 42” HD plasma and 1 x 120” HD Projector also all played through a professional quality sound system

Good for Sports and Food - I work around the corner and go here for after work drinks and champions league football.

Drinks are reasonable in terms of price and choice. Plenty of flatscreens around to view almost any sports event - and there's a large drop-down screen in the back.

Recently they've started doing Thai food from their kitchen. They have a large menu like you would find in any restaurant. I would recommend their curries and fried rice dishes, as well as some of the Chef's specials - prices range from £5-£10 and are very reasonable. I go for lunch from time to time, and I always eat while watching sports in the evening. Definitely recommended.

awful - such an awful place to drink,the staff are dreadful,all i could see them doing was sat around talking on their phones and when they do realise your there they aren't very pleasant.

the food was below average and service was rubbish in general.i would strongly advise that if drinking/eating in the area,find somewhere else.

Get a table for a quick pub lunch - I usually drink at the Carps (carpenters arms) because, well, it's the work pub. But it gets really rammed and waiting for food at lunch can be quite tedious.

The other day we thought we'd take a chance on the Mortimer Arms for lunch. It's not as busy as some of the other pubs in the area, so a good spot for a quick pub lunch in the are. Food-wise, it's very meat heavy (pie + mash, sausages + mash) but they do a veggie pie (mushroom and asparagus) is alright - but wasn't as keen on the limp, near-death veg that came with. The food isn't anything special, but is good enough for an informal lunch when a sandwich at your desk just won't do.
