Called almost at closing time on a Sunday. I had made my large order of a designer fabric and lining materials within minutes at an amazing price. I requested delivery which was arranged for me. On the day I needed to check which delivery company they used and I wanted a tracking number as the time was getting on. There was no putting me on hold or placing a hand over the receiver, everything was discussed so I could hear exactly what the conversation was and they were reassuring and friendly. I received my items very soon after and all Materials were great.

This shop is excellent. All the staff are helpful at every turn, the quality of curtains are excellent and the fitting is first rate. I'm a really fussy customer and have always used the well known department stores in the past; thinking it was worth the extra money to ensure the quality and service. Never again - the Curtain Factory Outlet provided quality goods for half the price and all with a smile. It's the only shop for me from now on.....

Can't rate them highly enough - Quite astoundingly good value. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Huge range of stock at every price range. Dean helped us choose and spec out our blinds curtains and cushions. He even managed to source asked a fabric from a well-known High Street retailer for 35% cheaper!!! Will definitely come back for blinds, curtains, upholstery etc.... I cannot recommend highly enough.

Curtain - Wide range of fabrics - I have been to Curtain Factory Outlet and found Amazing choices in curtains.they have high level staffs and services.I aksed them for samples of fabrics.I took them at home then ordered on phone and delivered.I Really appreciate thanks!!!

The Curtain Factory Outlet - Really - My visit to the Curtain Factory was very enjoyable with a friendly diverse lineup of staff who all seemed to have a high knowledge base of their products. Did spend several hours looking around their buildings and was delighted with the choices available - no exaggeration when they told me on the phone that they have tens of thousands of rolls in stock! Once our choices were made we were given our quotes which we took them up on and the curtains were turned around in about a few weeks, despite being advised that it may take as many as six! Collected the curtains last weekend and they are now all up and looking fabulous!!!?

THE CURTAIN FACTORY OUTLET - P.S. I ONLY RATED THEM ONE AS I COULD NOT RATE 0 ON THIS SITE
I fourtunately did not have my curtains made here- however they were extremely pushy as i purchased fabric here however a family friend had already agreed to make my curtains for me.
I had the curtains made but then needed a bay window track put up. They charged me nearly £300.00 to fit it but screwed it so close to the edge of the window frame that they split my woodwork so badly.The man was so aggressive and rude i did not complain directly to him but shortly after when my friend came to dress the curtains she mentioned that the track was not sturdy and would snap within a month or two- therefore she advised me not to hang the curtains till the track was redone. I complained to the outlet customer service manager. Shortly after i got a call from the track fitter shouting abuse down the phone. They redid the track for me and the second fitter was amazing but i am taking them to court for the previous damage that they have left on my window. I have sent three complaint letters yet no reply. AVOID USING THEM UNLESS IT IS JUST TO PURCHASE MATERIALS. THE ORIGINAL TRACK FITTER THEY SENT ME WAS CALLED RON (aka.The Cowboy!)
