A pub with a nautical theme. "Nautical but Nice!"

This pub is probably the best pub in Canterbury. Real ales on pump include Greene King IPA (added most recently), Speckled Hen and Master Brew. Guinness and Guinness Extra Cold is also available.

Lagers include Fosters, Carling, 1664 and Stella. They recently added a bulmers super chilled tap which will be excellent in the summer time.

House spirits and a rack of optics cater for every taste, including the house speciality, a nautically themed, Sailor Jerry spiced rum and coke. One of the best drinks I've ever tried.

The landlord is a total legend and the staff are fantastic. The pub can get incredibly busy in the evening and is popular with locals and students, creating a brilliant atmosphere. The pub also has a jukebox so you can listen to some tunes as you drink.

They recently started a cocktail night on Mondays, with a pitcher costing just a tenner and the strength will knock you off your feet. One pitcher is all you need! Also, ive music some weeks and all the major sports are shown on the huge TV and also on the projector in the back room.

Try this pub if you haven't, your missing out on one of the best pubs in Canterbury.
