whoever put the deatails on here fo the razorsedge put the phone number on wrong its actually 01706 640069 which is why the girl had the problem with the saturday job getting in touch but dont understand about her being ofered a saturday job as we had a girl that had been there 6 months already by then and has only just left so there wouldnt of been a position for her anyway x

i have worked at razors edge for 22 years so would like to say thanks for the nice comments but we dont have a val working there sorry lol and normally if people dont like there hair they should complain to us at the shop not put it on here but i suppose people have diferent ways of expressing there dislike in something and again thanks for nice comments x

Depends on the stylish you get,Val and Sarah are ex. stylists, that`s not to say the others are not good but these are the two I prefer to do my hair.Very reasonable prices. Best thing is you don`t have to make an appointment for a trim.

These two people seem to have problems with Razor's Edge in rochdale but I get my hair cut regularly there and it's always spot on, at a very affordable price. I once went to another salon - I'll name no names - because it was more convenient, even though I had to pay significantly more. When I visited Razor's Edge for my next haircut, the stylist pointed out several mistakes the stylist at the previous salon had made and proceeded to correct them for me.

So, to summarise, I'd strongly recommend Razor's Edge of Rochdale if you want a quality, affordable cut.

Saterday girl

I was informed a few month ago about having a job as a saterday girl. Excited i told all my friends and was ready to take on the responsability.
The owner of razors edge Said i would have the job and she will call me in 2 week.
2 week passed and i tried to call but the line wouldnt connect, so i left it hoping she would call me. i avoided sleepovers on the weekends in hope she may call but 5 weeks passed and no-one had rang. I got the hint that i obviously had been ignored and someone else had the job although she did not have the decency to call me.

HAIR CUT WRONG

My son visited this salon today for a general trim. He had long shoulder-length hair. He instructed how he wanted his hair to be cut and indicated that he wanted no more than 1 centimetre cut off. However, the inept assistant who embarked on cutting my son's hair made so much of a mess, he has had no option but to go somewhere else to have it cut consideraly shorter so that the mistakes were cut out. I do not know the name of the assistant responsible but I would describe her as late teens, fat (or pregnant), scruffy appearance, stragly hair, tattoos of stars accross her neck, and wearing boots that had soles worn away.

I would encourage anyone considering a visit to RAZOR'S EDGE ROCHDALE to give it a miss! Avoid at all costs!
