Having ordered and told my food would take 45 minutes, i waited just under two hours and then arrived. Having phoned several times were my food is, iwas told its on its way each time. Finally when this food arrived it was freezing cold, the baps were soggy and chips limp. I phoned up to complain to the manager and he first hung up on me, so i phoned back and he tried to say the driver had knocked twice already, however i was waiting in the front garden for him, so they are liars. I would never ever recommend or use this takeaway again as the quality of food was disgusting, customer service appauling and attitude of management a disgrace.
