The Bricklayers Arms is a quiet and pleasant traditional pub, serving good food at credit crunch prices.
Staff are friendly and welcoming and there is a relaxed atmosphere.
Children are catered for with a separate kids menu and are welcome until 9pm.Food is served from 12.00 till 8.00 every day.
They have large screen TV's and occasional live music and events such as barbecues.

The Bricklayers Arms offers a wide selection of reasonably priced food and is directly opposite the Cinema. Great for a quick bite before the film.
They serve excellent cask ales and are family and dog friendly.

I like the Bricklayers Arms and think that Karen and John are doing a good job. The pub looks very nice with its new decor and think that the landlord and landlady are honest and upfront. Although it may be difficult to get used to seeing as the pud was previously run in a shambolic manner, this is a positive change that can only be good for the locals and passing trade. The food is good value and the pints are always refreshing. One thing I would suggest to change is the 35mil measures to 25ml.
