Worst brazillian blowdry

Had a brazillian blowdry at Rush and it didn't work. I have had 2 before so I knew exactly what to expect. My hair stayed frizzy and I had to continue using straightners. When they applied the product my hair was still dry because they don't use enough, yet they still charge £200 for it. Please use another hairdresser if you get a brazillian blowdry, Rush will just waste your time and money. (I have had another brazillian blowdry since and my hair is perfectly smooth and straight)

Was extremely happy from start to finish, as soon as i walked through the door i was greeted by 2 young girls with big smiles on their faces. I had a 15 minute wait for my appiontment and my coat was offered to be taken and was offered something to drink. The lady i had doing my hair was a bit quiet but was so friendly as time went on, and had abit of a giggle with her. Im was very pleased with my cut and would definately go there again.
