I've been using this shop for years - for various different printing jobs as well as the odd spot of internet use. I have always found the people unusually friendly and helpful - so much so that even if the quality of the work were not fantastic I would still consider using them. As it happens the quality of the work has been excellent, and for my purposes it really has to be. I am sure that my experience is that of most customers at this shop - it always seems to be full of friendly business-like people. It's just a shame that the only ones who think to write a review are those who were having a bad day.

The manager with glasses always makes out he is too busy to help and keeps you waiting for ages while he talks on the phone to someone else. They advertise that they sell coffee yet everytime a customer asks for coffee he says they too busy to serve them.

Left messages about wanting place large orders for my business by they never returned my phone calls

£1 for half an hour on internet.

The other guy with long hair never sounds bothered about wanting your business and always gives inconsistant prices and information and seems half asleep.

Helpfulness - not !

I went into Print Mania this morning to print two Microsoft Word Documents and a spreadsheet.

I asked the guy if they allowed printing from a USB drive and also if they could print MS Office documents - both were confirmed as OK.

However my USB pen drive (Cruzer) was not recognised by the PC I was using and quite frankly he didn't care.

At 10 pence per printed sheet this may not have made they guy much money - it has however cost him a lot more business - possibly.

Quite probably the most unhelpful person I've recently met.
Don't bother using this company - I certainly won't.
