Disgusting service - do not go

I was waiting 45 mins for the therapist and when I finally sat down the owner - Linda - decided that there was not enough time to soak off my nails and said to come back tomorrow! The way she spoke to me was disgusting, her attitude was terrible and she obviously has never heard of customer service. She then had the cheek to try to charge me 15 pounds for soaking off 7 nails as she had told the therapist to stop as there was not enough time to do the other 3!! The service was terrible - I have never experienced anything like this before - never ever go

Fantastic salon and fake taan

I came in on Saturday for my first-ever spray tan. I treated my sister as well and I just wanted to say that we had a brilliant time. The service was great. The beautician spraying the tan was superb. She explained the procedure really well and mad eus feel so comfortable despite the paper knickers! She was excellent and becuase of the advice she gave and the friendly service I will be recommending your company to all my friends and will be coming again. Thank you for such a great service at such a great price.

Amazing Place

I had my nails done here a while back and I can honestly say I have never been happier, they lasted for ages and having infill's was soooo much faster and pain free (previous nail bar in the city centre made my cuticles bleed!!!) I would highly recommend this venue for anyone wanting to have a pamper session. My next visit will be to have a luxury manicure as they use hot stone massage and oils to relax after which they do the usual file and polish all for an amazing £23!!!!! The ladies and gents working here are nothing but professional and are ever happy to help. The juice bar is also a nice added touch to be able to sit and relax in should you have to wait. I could rave on about this place but I'll let you go see for yourself.?

Touch Hair and Beauty has some great staff and they make the place because if you happen to need to complain and you are unfortunate to get the owner, you will be treated in a very rude and offensive way.
Customer care starts when things go bad so whilst you may be happy with your hair or nails, don't whatever you do have the temerity to complain.
