Staff makes it so much fun.

I wholly recommend staying at this establishment because of this one member of Staff called Zana.
If there was an award for the biggest idiot in all of London he would be a strong contender. He's in his early to mid twenties but you could mistake his mentality for a 12 year olds. Ignorant, illiterate, rude and arrogant he made the stay one of the funniest experiences of my life. Join in with everyone's mockery of him, both behind his back and the blatant piss taking to his face he's oblivious to. He is completely socially inept and clueless about western society, I think he's Kurdish or something. He also imagines himself this budding footballer.
And you have to hear what a fag he talks like to believe it.
