I've been a very loyal client of Stefano's since my first cut with him back in 2001. Since discovering him, I've followed him to every salon he's worked in and recommended him to everyone I know - to the extent that I had serious competition at my wedding last year as so many of the guests are also his regular clients! Everyone will tell you how his cutting and colouring is outstanding - and that they love the experience of going to his salon.

I would recommend Stefano and his team to absolutely anyone without hesitation. They are very professional and beyond talented. You will never go anywhere else once you've been there!

Essensuals in Covent Garden has the best customer service and the best prices.
Manager and staff are very friendly and professional. I tried several hairdressers in London, but none of them satisfied me. I have finally found what I was looking for and I will never leave.

the WORST experience EVER!

I took my mother there for the first time, yes we were late due to traffic but the appointment was for an hour and a half so didn't see it as such a problem seeing as salon was COMPLETELY empty.

Stefano (apparently the manager) unleashed a torrent of abuse on me after practically throwing my mother out of the salon and being unwilling to listen to her explanation. He yelled at me to 'get out'more than once when I was trying to explain why we were late and shouted at the top of his voice always cutting me off mid sentence. When I asked him why he was so rude and aggressive towards his customers and why he had such an attitude, his reply was 'F*CK YOU'. Totally unacceptable behaviour. Absolutely disgusted!!! Will never set foot in ANY Essensuals hair salon ever again.
