Despite saying that the Doctor will always see you on the same day if you require it we were offered at best an appointment 6 days ahead.we were also told to get treatment from the chemist.
At 77 years it should be free but was again told that "you have to pay for something".
This is a bad health practise 0 out of 10 and their emphasis appears to be on not seeing patients in person ,only at the end of a phone.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
