Telecoms incompetence

Vyelight were employed by our builder to fit the internal telephone wiring to our new build.

Only 1 connection worked. BT wrote a damning report on their work (e.g. using the wrong tools to fit the telecoms nodes). Vyelight never returned phone calls, didn't visit the property to correct their faults, tried to claim the faults weren't theirs and then refused to fix it after the builder went bust.

The telecoms didn't work on either of our neighbours houses. 3 out of 3 - not bad for consistency.
