Great Kids Furniture but......

Don't get me wrong, the furniture is (mostly) great and the buying process is all very nice and courteous and helpful and the shop is fun to walk around ... however, not a trouble free experience
Issues with a fair bit missing when it all turned up and some furniture not working properly... Considering this is a meant to be top line furniture store: not quite good enough.
When you phone to tell them then you feel like you are wading in treacle - the front of house listen and then do nothing except tell you that they have phoned the factory (they don't ring you to tell you this, you have to call them again and again).... which is all a bit useless. Blame the French - whilst a British pasttime, is not helpful.
The store people are lovely and very helpful ....but .... the order was not delivered to us as it should have been. I do not doubt they will sort it all out in time. But you really shouldn't have to fight to have this happen.
The furniture is great quality but the after-sales needs to sharpen up its act. What would have been a 5 rating gets 1 knocked off for the floppy after-sales. A bit more effort and it could be great
UPDATE SINCE FIRST REVIEW: The owner has now come back from holiday and is personally seeing to the problems we experienced - it goes to show, when you own the business it makes all the difference than an employee. On that basis - and because he is going beyond the call of duty, they get the missing rating back
