Amazing and fresh sushi... Very similar to Nobu and well worth a trip. We only had sushi, but the menu has a wide variety of meat and other fish warm dishes. All of the tuna roll variations are fantastic!

It's not cheap but worth every penny. A great place to go if you just want cocktails and nibbles at the bar or alternatively a sit down meal that might very well blow you away. We asked the waitress to just bring us interesting food untill we told her to stop and it was superb. Interesting and varied dishes, many of which we probably wouldn't have oredered. It's quite lively in the evenings and comes highly recommended.

Great for a special occasion

Zuma is a real treat, and with its prices it's a treat that I can only justify infrequently. Still, when you're in the mood to splurge at a sophisticated, trendy restaurant, Zuma is a good one to turn to. They have all of the usual sushi, tempura and teriyaki, all turned out with impressive execution, but when you are going out here you should really try to reach beyond the standard fare. One dish in particular that stands out to my mind is the massive king prawn in a delectable gingery sauce.
The wine list is more than adequate, and there is a vast selection of sake as well. For the non-alcoholic they also serve a variety of quite delicious juice-based virgin cocktails - definitely worth a try on a sober night.

Although Zuma is often touted as "the next Nobu" I find it more than holds it own. The food is innovative and the presentation of each dish a delight. Service is impeccable and the wine list holds many unusal bottles which go exceptionally well with the food. An extensive selection of sushi, sashimi, the ineveitable black cod, and a whole host of other robata style dishes. The atmosphere is less "look at me" than Nobu with slick surrounds. Fantastic but expensive Japanese food - worth every penny.
