My deal for my mortgage came through 3 months ago but hammonds direct are so difficult to get hold off and there has been a massive delay cosequently I have been out on a high interest mortgage. They send me conflicting information and letters which are not even meant for- apparently sent in error. They are a nightmare and would avoid them. Very cowboy. Checking them out on the internet other people have had the same problem.
