Zander Bar is a smart London brasserie serving a wide range of dishes from a modern British A La Carte menu in a convivial atmosphere. The exclusive list of 90 cocktails is highly regarded and the 48 metre long bar (the longest bar in Europe) is testament to this. Over the weekend they cater for families, serving brunches on Saturdays and Sundays and a special children's menu on Sunday. Catering for private parties of up to 20 guests is available upon request.

In the depths of dire Victoria we have Zander Bar, a cosy cocktail bar. The decor is quite modern and its a large open space but lots of leather arm chairs keeps your conversations intimate.

The bar itself runs the full length of a long room which is great, plenty of space to stand and watch the bartenders whip up their concoctions. I've been there twice and both times there were plenty of staff to ensure we didn't have to wait long for service, which can often be an issue with cocktail bars given how long it takes to prepare each drink. There is an extensive and creative cocktail list, but being a gal who loves a good old classic Manhattan I was pleased that the bartenders knew all the basics and where happy to obliged.
