have made two complaints about the same doctor Dr Davies at your practice, on the second complaint on the 3rd of jan 2012 your practice manager instead of listening and being impartial he chose to be rude and very defensive this leading to reducing my partner to tears. My sister telephoned st Noets surgery paractice manager Mr Davis he chose not to resolve and listening to our concerns, but chose to discriminate against my self and family saying we are a family of mentel people then laughed at my sister. Bering in mind both me and my sister are bi polar the level of unprofessional behaviour and discrimination shown by a senior health care professional at your practice is unacceptable. I have spoken to my cardiac nurse and avon house and a decision by my self and my family is that your surgery cant offer a safe and professional environment. In the interest of my physical and mental health, i have been advised to change my surgery imediatley to one that can offer me the care and help i need. Judging by the response i recieved on the 3rd jan 2012 i don't expect a response to this complaint, but i will be passing my concerns to the appropriate bodies about your surgery.
