This is the place to celebrate a special occasion. It's glitzy, the staff were good performers and the other diners, myself excluded, were elegantly dressed. We sat at the bar while waiting for a table and ruminated over the wine list. The barman took pity and gave us a free sample of two wines which counts as good service in my book. The food was good but perhaps the best reason for coming here is that it feels a bit like theatre.
