Senspa is based at Carey's Manor hotel in Brockenhurst and is one of my favourites. I *highly* reccomend the 90 minute thai massage. their therapists come direct from Thailand and so its such a professional job to drive out the stress. The hotel itself is based right in the new forest and so the biking is great. If you don't have your own the hotel can organise one for you from the rental shop around the corner. Whilst you are there - pop around the corner into town for dinner at the Thatched Cottage...but you will need to book!
