Excerlent service

Well I just want to say.I am shocked by the two customers that have left bad reviews! Her service is excerlent she delivers at a high standard her shop is amazing and all her products are ten out off ten. She is always booked up also I've seen a few celebs in the salon.and as I know everyone was reckon mended. To her shop don't listen to bad reviews there's to much jealousy around in and compertshion in the area... I will tell all my friends and family to go don't listen to crap find out for yourself. thanks bee for a excerlent treatment keep up the good work your the best.Mary xxxx

Dreadful Service & Treatments

I visited this salon a number of times over several months and would not recommend it at all. The first incident was the spray tan that I had done for a wedding - despite the owner telling me it was "the best on the market" and despite following her instructions to the letter the tan washed off the next morning leaving streaks everywhere. I then had my eyebrows waxed - BIG mistake, the wax was way too hot and left me with a burn mark, I also had my eyebrows tinted and the tint was left on way too long - this resulted in the entire area becoming very itchy and swollen. I actually had to go to the hospital the next morning as my sight was blurry, and was told by the Dr. that I could easily have had permanent damage to my eyesight

When I called the salon to complain the reply I received was "what is it that you want me to do about it?". The owner is nowhere near as good as she thinks she is - she continually tries to get clients to buy make-up, candles, and creams etc. and seems more interested in making a sale then actually carrying out treatments properly.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone and would definitely not recommend the owner as a beautician.

If you are looking for a very good, very reasonable beautician in the Muswell Hill area I highly recommend the girl at Kay & Co on Colney Hatch Lane where I have had the above treatments done with no issues and have been delighted with the results every time.

Worst eyebrow and lashtint ever!

I went to this salon based on the 2 excellent reviews on this site,big mistake!
I had my eyebrows tined and shaped,only problem is,the eyebrows were unevenly shaped,and the tint didn't even cover all of my eyebrows,but came out patchy!(now I have to fill them in with an eyebrow pencil as prior to the tint,not much point in having them done!)

The eyelash tint was also barely noticeable.

Next time I will stick to the salon I know(normally use one in central London,but thought I'd try out "Purity By Beatrice" as it was local to me)

I am sure it totally depends on who you get,but the lady who did my treatments really needs to re-train.I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there,unless you get Beatrice hereself,whom I've heard is excellent!

This salon has a great, peaceful atmosphere, the owner Beatrice is always friendly and the place is always immaculate. Plus, she does provide the best eye-lash tint in London!

A gem of a beautician

This tiny new salon near Alexandra Palace is an absolute gem. The owner and chief beautician Bea, is marvellous. Her facials are to die for and give yourself a treat and have a massage. I am a total convert. She also stocks the best beauty products on the market and its right on my doorstep. If you live in the area, do yourself a favour and give it a try. Book ahead as its a tiny place.
