At Georges Tradition West Bridgford we not only serve great food in contemporary surroundings, but we take responsibility for how we source our produce, how we cook it and how we package it. We carefully select the food, manage how the potatoes are harvested; and use sustainable fish sources where possible so that the delicious food they serve is in plentiful supply without impacting on nature.
Our oil contains no hydrogenated fats and as a result our food is less greasy, less fatty, and altogether better for you. We then serve our food in biodegradable packaging that is compostible in forty days so that we minimise the impact that our waste has on the environment.
You can relax knowing that George’s aim to ethically produce and supply food to our customers.
