Imported Candy Heaven

5.0 out of 5.0

August 18, 2008

Wow. Cybercandy is amazing. You might feel the sting in your wallet when you leave, and probably end up with a few more cavities and hefty dentist bills, but it'll be worth it. If you're looking for obscure candies, particularly those from the US, Canada, or Australia, this is the place to go.

Butterfingers? Check. Marshmallow hotdog? Check. Nerds? Check.

Beyond the amazing candy selection, they also have some great imported sodas. Finding root beer in the UK can be really tricky, but when I went to Cybercandy's shop recently, they had FOUR different brands of root beer in stock (Barq's, A&W, Mug, and IBC), not to mention the magnificently artificially flavored and astoundingly purple Welch's Grape Soda.

There's a few holes in the selection (where are the Payday bars or the Pearson's Salted Nut Rolls?), but the omissions are made up for by a load of things you've never heard of and a number of things you probably forgot ever existed. Many things are available on the website, but the stock in the store is much more impressive.
