Excellent value - I have enjoyed eating here for years. The food is goooooood very moreish and is worth every penny. Personally I think their prices are very competitive and their food is fit for a King. Ive tasted food which is so bland and tasteless but this establishment seems to produce lovely subtle Caribbean flavours with a few dishes on the menu a little spicy but not overbearing. I eat there at least twicea week having my two favourites Curry goat and Jamaican Jerk chicken. Yum yum yum.!Many other dishes to choose from. 5 stars. Directions are simple to this place. Exit the Docklanks Railway station Island Garden stop, cross over the road and head towards the park 1 minute walk away. The cafe is at the entrance to the Greenwich foot tunnel Island Garden side not Cutty Sark Side Grenwich.

A little gem - Me and my wife found this little cafe on Island Gardens many years ago while paying a visit to Greenwich. The menu is so unusual , this is no greasey spoon cafe , but rather, a very friendly Carribean one. Ok you can have a cup of tea or coffee , but that would be a wasted opportunity. For a light snack , a chicken patti is perfect , nice and spicey too. The Goat curry is highly recommended. Did I mention the friendly staff.

Awesome Dumpling - Island Gardens Park is on the opposite side of the river to Greenwich - I come here quite a lot as there's a tunnel that goes under the Thames to Greenwich from here.

Anyway there's a little park cafe that looks like another park cafe except for when you go in and check out their menu its all Caribbean food like jerk chicken and curry goat. I'm usually only after a snack so I always have the Salt Fish Dumpling which in my opinion is the best I've had in London.

This is a great find as you'd expect them just to serve up a ropey bacon sarnie but no - they even have Guiness Punch - worth checking out.
