Fast Mexican at its best

5.0 out of 5.0

I have eaten here at least half a dozen times and have never been dissapointed. Everything is fresh, from the tortilla to the guacamole... fast service - even though there can sometimes be a queue at busy lunch periods, rest assured it takes no more than 5 min to get your order!
(I am now to blame for my office getting hooked!)

Awesome burritos

I posted a review of Mucho Mas when it opened. Chilango is by the same guys, and is better.

It is much busier than Mucho Mas but the setup is slicker so it works. was a bit put off initially when I went there for lunch by the huge queue, spilling out onto the street but we had ordered within 5 minutes and got a seat as most people were office worker taking away.

They have basically the same menu: burritos, tacos, nachos and salads that you can mix and match with different meats (the steak is the best), beans and salads.

Huge portions, good value. I've since tried Chipotle in California but think Chilango is better, certainly the best there is in London.

This is as good as Mucho Mas, the other place by the same people. I went with this woman who was born in Mexico I was seeing at the time, and she claimed it was pretty good even by Mexican standards (what do I know, I'm more used to blander fare like beans on toast).
