Everything about Key West Shutters looks fab!
The website, the publicity, the pictures are all produced to the highest standard. However once you have parted with your money and want some service it’s easier to get in touch with God than anyone who can help at Key-west shutters. I started trying to get some after sales service in November of 2010 it’s now February 2011. I have made more than 23 telephone calls, sent 4 e-mails but now I have decided to give up. Jeanine and Trisha at Key-West shutters are very polite when you call but inform you that the only person who can help is Simon. Sadly Simon will not speak to you on the phone, return your call or answer your e-mails.

Key west were quick and efficient... They were the most cost effective of the quotes I had but also gave a great service. They were happy to come back to double check any questions we had prior to making the order and were able to advise on the best way of going about the timing of the order / installation (as we were having other refurbishments done at the same time). Although I had a very infrequent need to contact them, i found them easily available and very helpful.

I recently moved into a large, newly renovated Victorian home with more than 70 windows. I had several shutter providers quote their products, and Key West came out far better priced than any other. In addition, Simon's attention to detail and customer service ethic was top notch. He was able to make suggestions about fit and style, and I was always kept aware of the status of the installation. My shutters were installed this morning and I could not be more pleased. They look beautiful, fit perfectly, and Simon and his crew even vacuumed up the dust that was left. I would recommend Key West to anyone, and I will.

Awful fitting and the guy (Simon Paddock 07766 113855) never calls back. Just not interested in putting things right, he just takes your money and run. Don't touch them.
