A big let down

Greed has got the better of beautification. They shouldnt do offers in the first place if they cant provide a comparable service to all customers. I was recently ripped off here after purchasing 3 microdermabrasion sessions (£33 instead of £130 - yeah right) via Groupon. Each separate session lasted only 10-15mins! Definitely not worth £130. Not anywhere on their website do they advertise this paltry service and groupon declined to detail the treatment lengths also. A special tailor made service just for groupon clients I suspect. Not worth the three trips into the city plus parking, I cancelled the last one. Customer service was minimal, like a second rate citizen. I felt like it was a trip to the dentist rather than a pampering beauty treatment, was as quick as! Felt missold and conned, trying to get my money back from Groupon, no reply, funny that.

Double treatment room was heaven

I booked the double treatment room for me and my partner to have an afternoon together were we could relax and unwinde and everything about the treatments and salon exceed our expectations and just want to let others know how good this made us both feel

great service , great products , great people..

i rang monday lunch and they got me in at 9.30 tuesday.

back massage was awsome its really sorted my tight spots and pains.

parking is brill as its just out front and the overhanging tree kept my dog cool.

will be doing a visit soon if i survive the pennine way by horse

At last! Great staff and treatments

Visited for the first time in May 09. The staff obviously know their stuff. Felt at ease from the first minute through the door (good parking too, which is rare in the centre of Nottingham). Will definately use again....infact need to book this week!!!

A very professional & efficient service. The hot wax experience I received was the best, all hair was removed immediately with little discomfort.
And as for the treatments on floatation water beds, these are not too missed.
