Heavenly grilled cheese sandwich!!

This is special. This is the BEST grilled cheese sandwich available in town (if someone thinks different, I'd love to try theirs).

Pain Poilane, a mix of great cheeses (I can't remember which but there is raclette in the mix, I think), and mixed onions - grilled to perfection. Simple and delicious. It's a taste of heaven.

Next time you go to Borough Market, make sure to head over there and try one, you can smell it and see how they're grilling the sandwiches and melting raclette (Which you can try as well, it's amazing too). Awesome!

You'll have a hard time resisting getting a second one. And then you can wash it all down with a good beer at The Rake.
