Good coffee in the easy east

Looks like somebody with a keen eye for interior design has taken-over a condemned building and tricked it out with an assortment of eclectic cinema furniture and big wooden tables for spreading your broadsheet and made a good job of embellishing the raw-brick hole left when they knocked through a wall to make an extra room.
Pretty good coffee and the food's good too. Run by a nice bunch of Kiwis who let you drink beer on the nice outdoor seating if you're nice and it's sunny outside
