The salon itself is incredible, it has been decorated beautifully and has a very calming ambience. Jonathan has cut my hair a number of times now, and every time it is awesome, i always get what i want, and often he suggests great ideas for my hair cut.

Longing for a new style I booked an appointment at Ena Salon,which a friend had recommended to me. When I entered the Salon I received a very warm welcome and it took only a few minutes until my Stylist Yohan picked me up from the reception. Very unsure about a new style , going short and changing colour at one time, Yohan took time for a professional consultation. When we had decided what to do with the cut he also explained me what colour technique works best for the new cut and which colours actually suit my skin tone. This was a big change for me from middle long to short and from brown to red. I have to say I felt in very good hands the whole time. Yohan explained every step to me and the result just looks amazing. He gave my fine hair volume so that I don't have to spend an hour trying to get volume by using a hair dryer and a brush in every direction. The colour really emphasises my skin tone and also my new cut a deep brown/red with some lighter bits in it.
I highly recommend Yohan as a stylist , it doesn't happen often that a new person gets my fine hair right at the first time

Went to have my hair done with Yohan last week at Ena salon and loved everything about it!!!
I was recommended by a friend to go and get my hair done there as Yohan has been looking after her hair for quite a few years.
It took me a few month to decide to book the appointment, i have very difficult hair and not many hairdressers know how to deal with it.
It's very dense, and i always end up looking like a mushroom.
I was only gonna get a trim as it's what i always ask for but yohan told me that he could make my hair look a lot better by working a shape that suited my hair texture by reducing the density of it and making it look slimmer without loosing much length.
I thought i should give it a try as i've always wanted to try something a bit different but never trusted anyone enough to go for it.
The result is amazing, i can finally wear my hair down and i got lots of compliments when i got back to the office.
I only wish it hadn't taken me so long to give it a try, the service was very warm, the staff very smily and friendly, and i love my hair..

Ena Salon is definitely a cut above other London salons!! Most salons in central London are pretentious and predictable in style, however Ena is welcoming and unique. I am extremely fussy with haircuts as my hair has a mind of it’s own and is naturally wavy but Pedro listened to what I wanted and what would suit me and I actually came out of the salon content for once instead of wanting to cover my hair with a paper bag. I would definitely recommend Ena and have had endless compliments about my hair.

This is the kind of salon I would love to give a good rating to, but I cannot. Beautiful enterior design, friendly people, complementary tea/coffee, nice products. I have only used the beauty salon twice, and had a haircut once. First time I had an underarm wax which left a scar under my left arm (from the wax that was too hot and the pulling which was done unprofessionally) that did not go away for 6 months. The second time I had a manicure that lasted about 3 hours before it started to chip (and I was not scrubbing pans immediately afterwards, nor are my nails weak). The girl who did the work both times is not very focussed on the client, and seemed to be keen on getting things done quickly. She trained as a hairdresser and then changed to being a beuty therapist, but my impression is that she does not have much experience even though she runs the beauty salon. My haircut was also not a great success. The NZ hairdresser was pushy and boasting about her know-how. "Leave it all to me and don't interrupt" was the attitude. She was very rough handling my hair, janking it whan cutting and pulling it strongly when blow drying. She left the blow-drying half done on a relatively cold day and I left feeling quite disappointed with the service. Ena is an expensive salon and the results are not satisfactory for what you have to pay. I gave them three chances. Unfortunately, I will not be back. I am sure that many others will be attracted to the look, but beware of paying for something that will not deliver the value!

I used to dread going to hairdressers and salons etc, i just felt like every other person in there counting the moments till it was over then I experienced Ena Salon. you are greeted with a smile and great service it really has that home from home feel but you still feel like your experience there is full of luxury and pampering. now i love my visits to the salon as i come out feeling fantastic and more like a friend then just another client. If you want to experience something different give them i try.....you wont be disappointed!

The service was exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. I've had a great hair cut which has been highly complemented and would definitely recommend the salon.

I was recommended by a friend to have a body wrap and ended up on having a manicure and pedicure while i was there, now i recommend this to you, go on give it a go.
The decor is out of this world really relaxing and staff really make you fell welcome

Wow, what an amazing place, I can only speak from my own experiences: its not your usual hair salon, in fact i left there feeling like i was at a sanctuary...sexy decor, very calming, relaxed and friendly environment, i guess you could say homely. I have so far had colour, a cut with a director (Johnny), he was exceptional...and as for the beauty treatments available, lets say im working my way through them! Manicure and pedicure were perfection, massages were truly out of this world and the best thing so far has to be my eye lash perm!!! so cool - i dont have to use those awful culers for a couple of months! I have caught the ena bug and so wanted to share it with you all. Go and see for yourselves.

What an amazing experience! Went for a haircut and manicure and the staff were so welcoming and polite, top service! The decor is absolutely exquisite and the whole experience really impressed me. I have been to many salons in the past but this one is by far the best. Will definately recommend it to friends and family.
