Every once in a while in business you come across an organization that restores your faith in human nature. PhillipsTaylorBrown is in my humble opinion most certainly in that category. From my first meeting with their MD Simon Phillips I sensed that this was a relationship worth nurturing An awful lot of businesses spend an awful lot of time talking about the importance of customer service, client relationships and adding value, yet seemingly seem incapable of grasping even the rudimentary elements of any of these concepts. PTB are simply put, a joy to work with.
