As it was my first sports massage I didn't really know what to expect but Ben made me feel at ease right away. I really liked the way he was able to highlight problem areas in my alignment just from looking at my posture when standing. He then focused on specific areas of tension with absolute mastery, as well as giving an amazing all round sports massage. When the hour was up I couldn't believe it, I had entered such a deep state of relaxation that I had lost all sense of time! Absolutely fantastic, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants an exceptional sports massage in London.

Ben just a quick note to say thanks for the fantastic deep tissue sports massage you’ve given me over the last few weeks. A lifetime of sport has left me with all kinds of knots and pains and it’s great at the end of a session to feel easy in my body and dare I say it two inches taller! I’m enjoying sport again and feel full of energy for my Salsa classes thanks to you.
